Hi, thank you for ordering at KEIKO.

Once you've made your order, your article will be sent out within 3 days. The shipping delay that is mentioned is in working days.
Orders cannot be changed once payement made.

No refund possible, only exchange in case of defect or wrong article. In that case shipping on returns will be free.
It is strongly recommended to contact us before any exchange procedure.
Exchange is only possible on articles that weren't used and are still intact with label. The exchange form and the new purchase order must be filled for it to be validated.
The customer must return the article within 7 days after reception. After that period, the article won't be accepted.

Changing sizes is possible, in that case shipping on return is paid by the client. It is important for the customers to look in the shop and see if the desired size is still available before sending the article back. If you have any doubts, we recommend you to contact us.
